Pausing call recordings with *1

Hi

If call recording is set to on and you pause the recording with *1 you can resume again with *1 and that will be appended to the existing recording. But you cannot pause again with *1 it is ignored . Is this as expected?

We have previously / still do use our own pause and resume codes to overcome this but was wondering if this is design intent for *1 or shall I open a issue for it ?
