Password is required when dialling from phone line to my pbx phone , but from sip its not!

hi ,
im trying to transfer calls in a queue to outbound cell phone >
i have the queue 666 >
and i have a sip account number 109 , from my sip account i typed 666* , and then i entered 9xxxxxxxxx
where xxxxxx is my cell phone number .

now , from sip account , when i dial the queue 666 , the call reach my mobile and it rings . ===> it mean the my work is fine :laugh:

but when i try to reach the queue 666 from my home phone line [color=#FF0000]"i mean dial from my home phone to the pbx fixed line phones "[/color] , it ask me for password ??!!!

my question is wt password it need ?? im not configuring any outbound passwords ???!!!

why it succeded from sip , but it requre password from another pstn lines ?
