Running FreePBX 2.9.0.12 distro.
I have parking timeout set to 45 seconds. This works fine.
The problem is that when the parked call times out it rings back to the extension that parked it it rings for maybe 10 seconds and then the call is dropped.
Is there a way to increase the number of times it will ring?
Can I change the behavior so that when it times out and is transferred back to the person who parked it and is not answered by the person that parks the call that it rings to a second extension?
