As I understand it this feature “Parking Alert-Info” is where I would select the ring tone i.e ring1, ring2 (from the drop down list for the Sangoma phones) and that would change the ring back tone when the unanswered parked call returns to the extension it was parked from.
I have been able to capture the verbose output and can see the different ring tones in the log but it doesn’t actually change the tone used when ringing back. Not sure if this is a bug or if I need a different formatted value in the “Parking Alert-Info” field then what is suggested by FPBX since I’m using Sangoma’s.
