Parking Lot problem

Hi everyone,

I’m new on this forum,so i don’t know if i’m on the right place to post my problem.

I’m using FreePBX and I’m trying to solve my Parking Lot problem.

Every time I try to call an extentension (and it’s always the same) the caller goes immediately on Parking Lot…
If I want to catch the call, I have to dial *71. And I want to call this extension and have the person and not to go on the Parking lot.

So, can anyone help me to solves this?

I solved my problem, on my SIP device there was a checkbox who transfered my calls…
