Parked calls not ringing back to parking extension

I have a new install of Distro 3.211.63-10.

I have 4 parking lots and the system is set to send the timed out calls back to the parking extension. If the extension that parked the call is busy I have the system set to put the call back into a queue.

I will open a ticket. I figured that I would post in the forum to see if anyone else is having the issue. I guess it is possible that I have something misconfiguration on my system.

Yeah I understand and generally I would say it’s good practice to post in the forum first, especially if you are a first time user and unsure if it’s you or the system, however you’ve been around long enough that when something like this pops up and you are running into the error I generally believe it’s a bug (as opposed to user error). So in your case I would say jump to ticket first, unless you do think it could be a user error. It just depends on experience with systems, of which I believe you have much.
