Has anyone found a solution to changing the ringback tone when a parked call times out? I can’t believe this has not been addressed. The field for a unique ringback for orphaned calls is nice, but how often does that happen? I’m sure timed out parked calls happen much more often. The receptionists have no idea it is a timed out call and answer as if it was a new incoming call. The calls says “duh! I’ve been on hold you …” and things go downhill.
At this point I really don’t care how hard or easy this fix is, I just need one!
