Parked call destination being played to caller

Hey friends,

I am having an issue with the parked call destination announcement.

When a call is parked the agent hears an audible notification “seventy-one” which if I am correct indicates which lot the call is parked within.

However after the call is retrieved by the agent, each time the call is parked following the first time - the audible notification of park location is read to the caller rather than the agent.

What version of FreePBX, Asterisk and Parking are you running?
Can you also please post a screenshot of your parking settings?
