Park and announce not working after upgrade to Freepbx 14

We haven’t made any changes to this. When you call in, it should park the call and announce that a call is parked at the lot number. It is just terminates the call. It is supposed to go to the voicemail of an extension if the call is not answered. Here is what the log shows:

from the cli:

fwconsole ma download parkingpro

and then

fwconsole ma install parkingpro

Something probably just got boogered.

You can actually do it with one command:

fwconsole ma downloadinstall parkpro

Then run

fwconsole reload

Module rawname is parkpro

didn’t work, same errors. Park is answering then drops the call

Looks like I have to purchase a renewal which I did after I put a ticket and sangoma replied telling me that was the issue. Still saying expired ugh. Put another ticket into sales.

issue resolved. Had to pay for upgrade
