Paging feature not working

Hello,

We configured paging feature in our freepbx version 13.02. We allocated two extension to paging extension. And we configured both extension in our eyebeam softphone.
When we dialed paging extension both are ringing. But when anyone is answered another extension got disconnected automatically.

Can you please help us for configure this feature and how to test it out?

Are you saying that you registered two extensions that are in a page group to one softphone ?

When paging devices, you shouldn’t hear them ring, they should auto-answer. Need a call trace:

Extension is not connected with auto answer. Its ringing on extensions.
