Paging announcement stops after 30 seconds

We are trying to use our paging system for an Take Cover announcement. The recording is a minute long and I have the annoucement set to play 5 times. After 30 seconds the paging speakers quit playing the announcement. The only device still playing the message is the phone it is dialed from. Any ideas how to fix this?

Are you sure that it’s not an RTP-related issue? Dropping audio after 30 seconds is pretty common for that. In any case a log would be quite helpful to find out why the audio drops.
