This morning, I came into school and none of our bells are working. I went into page and intercom module, and my page pro options are gone. It’s still a valid license (less than 3 months on a 25 year license) and the module shows installed.
Any ideas?
Sounds like your deployment ID has changed. In System Admin, activation, do you see the correct deployment ID and the correct modules licensed?
Yes, all is correct there. Shows active, with updated thru 2021
Admin>Module Admin>Check Online
Is the module disabled?
