Package sysadmin is not installed

Freepbx say me to update my moduel “webcall” but it require system admin.
When I try to update it freepbx say me:
Please wait while module actions are performed

package sysadmin is not installed Unable to determine sysadmin rpm version…exiting
Error(s) installing sysadmin:
Failed to run installation scripts

is there a way to solve it?
Thank you

You are missing the sysadmin rpm. If you aren’t using the Official FreePBX Distro from www.schmoozecom.com/distro-download.php,you may want to take a look at it since it comes with support for commercial modules out of the box. If you are using a RedHat/CentOS based distro you can learn more about installing the requirements to get commercial modules to working at http://wiki.freepbx.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=2752580.

WARNING: Always run Incredible PBX behind a secure hardware-based firewall.

I’ve just installed elastix, and follow your instruction on wiki, but sysadmin not appear!

You might be able to do what you want with PIAF , but I doubt you can do that with Elastix, ever (as it is not really FreePBX as we know it)

Basically if you don’t use the FreePBX distro and you want to use their commercial modules, then you will have a world of pain even with Centos based distros and I am told it is “impossible” with any other OS anymore even when the version of ZendGuard (which it needs) is supported on that platform. Go figure . . .

Just roll with the flow if you want those modules.
