Issue: P330 Sangoma phones are able to contact bare metal PBXact server and provision with the correct account (extension); however, the line keys do not update.
For instance…
- in EPM > DPMA Management > is selected by the P330 phone upon reboot.
- The phone will startup with the extension specified in EPM > Extension Mapping matching the phone’s MAC.
- IP Address Status is accurate, and Template Model matches specified in DPMA Management.
- In EPM > Sangoma > D&P series phones > , the Used By column is accurate with the list of -.
- In EMP > Extension Mapping > Actions (for a specific P330 phone row) > See UCP Custom Entries. > refer to images
I’m not sure what the red indicates or why the P330 in question has blank (not useable) line keys. This is an issue for two of my servers. I finagled things a few weeks ago and managed to get the line keys to show up on the P330s, but after resubnetting the offices, the P330s rebooted, and lost their line keys.
