I mean, if this is the hill you find worth dying on take it up with Sangoma sales/marketing. Been like this for years.
Clearly it’s not a hill to die on but just struck me as a bit ironic. This whole conversation is probably more than that deserves honestly.
The original issue however, removing free updates for Sangoma phones from EPM the minute you pay for a license for EPM should be fixed though IMO. That’s all.
You should submit a feature request so it can get accepted into the work flow.
