Override IVR with Temporary Announcement

At one of our Doctor Office Sits we have the inbound route points to a time condition for when the office is normally open and on open time matches it routes calls to an IVR.
Sometimes the office needs to close temporarily for meetings at lunch time. We want the office manager to be able to dial a feature code to override the IVR and record a temporary announcement to play. I.e. “Our office is closed today until 1 please call back”. What is the best way to set this up?

We are using FreePBX version

You want a Call Flow Control ahead of the time condition. When the CFC is enabled it bypasses the time condition and can go to another destination of your choice.
