Call a number that answers. This one didn’t
by which number i am registered on sip. by the same number, i am doing call that will consider
as gsm call

Sorry, i don’t understand any if that, you can look up isdn cause codes on google, 16 just means the call wasn’t answered. Either have the recipient answer or call a number that will answer
