Outbound routes to set up in Argentina

Outbound routes to set up in Argentina, my provider asks me to do the following to reach them:

  • You must send for Local calls without cod.area (Ex: 4455-1234)
  • You must send for cellular calls without cod.area (Ex: 15-4567-1234 for AMBA)
  • You must send for LDN calls with 0 (Ex: 0223-423-1234)
  • You must send for LDI calls with 00 (Ex: 001-123456789)

Now the point is that I try all the possible ways and I can not find the way to reach them, I just manage to configure the local calls and national long distance calls.

The big problem is with how to dial cell phones.
