That doesn’t seem possible. The call must not be going through your PBX. What kind of device are you calling from? If it’s analog, what ATA or other interface are you using? If it’s a softphone or mobile app, its dial plan is likely routing the call over another provider or as a cellular voice call.
oh my God freepbx setup a feature code on 411 cald Phonebook dial-by-name directory lol it says welcome to the phone book I always hang up there not wanting to be charged i assumed it was 411 I moved the feature code to a different number now it work
