Outbound number manipulation

Sipstation does not support 811.

So when dialing 811 I want to change the number to (800) 432-4770.

I entered:

prepend: (800) 432-4770
prefix: 811
match pattern: 811

This does not work. How is it done?

Match pattern should be left blank.
