Everyday I must call a different group of customers just to find out if they need one of our drivers to visit them or not. We repeat the cycle every four weeks.
Is there an automated solution based on an IVR that would call a different list of customers everyday and the customers should press 1 for visit or 0 for no visit?. The full list of customers is on our database where the field visit “yes” or “not” should be written by Asterisk.
Any help?
