Outbound CID strangeness

I’m trying to figure out an issue with our outbound CID.

On certain phones (Sangoma, Yealink, Avaya), when dialing out, the phone display shows
CID: 9729529200 showing the outbound CID for one of our SIP trunks, if i dial an inner office route/trunk 5-2200 no outbound CID information is displayed and if i dial 933 which uses SIPSTATION the outbound CID field just shows “outbound call”

I can’t seam to figure out where that “Outbound CID” field is being populated from and how to control what is displayed on the caller’s display.
