Outbound CID not working

Ok, as far as I can tell this is related to assigning multiple channels in a group under zapata-auto.conf.

For instance:

; Span 4: R4T1/0/4 "R4T1 (PCI) Card 0 Span 4"
group=0,14
context=from-internal
switchtype = national
signalling = fxo_ks
channel => 73-95
group=
context=default

However if I assign them individually like has been done automatically for the Wildcard TDM2400P caller ID seems to work fine.

For instance:
;;; line="99 WCTDM/0/2 FXOKS"
signalling=fxo_ks
callerid=“Channel 99” <9991113333>; <<<example DID
mailbox=6099
group=5
context=from-internal
channel => 99
callerid=
mailbox=
group=
context=default

Instead of typing out hundreds of channels is there a way to assign outbound CID per channel without typing them all out individually. Or, is this just a coincidence and I’m making the wrong assumption of why it isn’t working for the Rhino boxes?

btw, *97 (My Voicemail) won’t work either. It asks for the extension. I’m assuming the system can not determine the extension that’s being called from.
