Outbound CID /DID

i’m using a E1 line everything works fine.

but i can not send the outbound DID/CID. The receiver will always see
the pilot number of the E1 line and not the specified outbound DID/CID.

I can see that the outbound DID/CID is set in the CLI log.

What di we do wrong? Do i have to talk to my telco to activate this service?

It Always depend on the Telco. We have 12 T1 PRI in Canada Through Telus and about 10 through Bt in Europe and we had to negotiate that with them. They normally block this as an anti-fraud thing
