Hello,
We are experiencing issues with inbound calls on our FreePBX system. The details are as follows:
Network Configuration:
- The router is directly connected to the server hosting the virtual machine.
- The router’s firewall is disabled, and all traffic is routed to FreePBX via DMZ.
- Ports 5060 and 5061 are also forwarded to FreePBX.
Observations:
- When checking the external IP’s 5060 port with netcat, it appears to be open.
- Outbound calls work fine, but inbound calls are not being received.

- The FreePBX firewall is disabled.
- Zoiper application works on the local network but not when connected from an external network.
