I installed FreePBX 2.10 about a week ago using a Mediatrix 1204 for PSTN connectivity. Everything was working fine until 2 days ago when all outgoing calls started to fail with the “All circuits are busy now. Please try your call again later.” congestion message.
Incoming calls route and connect ok.
I’m using the following Dialed Number Rules on the trunk:
441|NXXXXXX, |X.
I minimized the Outgoing Trunk Route Dial Pattern to |NXXXXXX to minimize any routing conflicts. I added |X. to see if that would help but I get the same results.
CLI call logs have the message “All ciruits are busy at this time”.
I appreciate any help or suggestions to get this working again.
