I did restart Asterisk before each test. I wanted to clear the log and capture the specific change for each test. I will try a couple more to see if I can capture the additional details.
Thank you for your support. I have a phone coming tomorrow to allow me to test the additional changes to the network. Once I am able to validate with the physical phone, I will let you know.
I added the softphone subnet to the FreePBX Asterisk Settings. Once I did that, I was able to make a call from the softphone and hear the entire conversation!
I believe the issue, for some reason, required me to add the additional RTP ports on the router. It worked for about a year without the ports added to the router, but now it was needed.
