Outbound calls busy, trunk reporting address incomplete. PLEASE HELP

First thing that I would check would be on the main “System Status” page in the FreePBX GUI does it say that your trunk(s) are online? If there are any that are offline I would double check the “Outgoing Settings” and the “Registration String” in that trunk’s settings to make sure that they match what you were given by your trunk provider to have in those two spots.
