I would like the outbound CallerID of an extension to be different depending on what trunk the call goes out on.
E.g. trunk 1: CallerID of extension 1234 should be 2123531234
Trunk 2: CallerID of extension 1234 should be 1234.
How would I accomplish that?
Is the second trunk intra-company? Is that the reason why you want to keep the extension number?
There’s actually a setting for that (aptly named “intra-company” if I am not mistaken) at the trunk level…

That works and is exactly what I was looking for.
I checked the “intra-company” box in my outbound route and now everything is like I wanted it to be.
