I have a setup with a local T1 Service Provider.
The service provider is telling us that Caller ID is enabled and that we can send any Caller ID within the DID range.
I have set up Outbound caller ID for the Extensions but it’s not showing when placing a call.
Can someone suggest or help me out pls.
Then it could be an ISDN-related issue. For example, you provider may be not happy the format of the number sent. I would enable debug on T1 and check if the number is really sent towards telco switch.
What do you have in Trunks/{Trunk Name}/CID Options ?
Trunk Name is a descriptive name : Multistream
Trunk CID Options is set to : Allow any CID
