Outbound Caller ID possible problem with 2.8 Beta 1.8

I cant seem to get the Extention outgoing CID to overide the trunk set Outgoing CID. Whatever I set it just uses the CID from the trunk.

Im 90% sure this was working fine for me in 2.7.

All I am doing is setting the Outbound CID to a 10 digit phone number that I have, that should technically overide the Trunk CID but it isnt. Any thoughts? or is this a bug in 2.8Beta 1.8
