Should be a quick and easy one here. My new 911 provider specifies that outbound calls must be routed to a different number. So I need to manipulate all the calls, so that when user dials 911, it re-routes to xxx-xxx-xxxx instead. Can’t seem to figure out how to do this in outbound routes, only inbound routes.
The dial patterns in outbound routes, prefix are digits to be removed, and prepend are digits to add to the dial string:
Leave match pattern field blank

For me, this is one of those things that is obvious when someone points it out, but not something I would intuit myself. If I recall, I had to ask this question at one point as well.
