Outbound call not receiving the correct CID

Hi,

We are currently using FreePBX 15.0.17.55 and we are having a weird issue.
Sometime when a user make a call, the receiver will receive then number without the +1 prefix.
So it show that the call is from Japan.
The user will make a second call to the same number and it will show correctly.

We are using Voip.ms as a provider. I wonder if it’s a provider issues or my config.

It is how you have configured both your provider and your system.

Since you are using +1, you are part of the NANP scheme.

Set your trunk to context from-pstn-e164-us
