Outbound Call Fails

Trying to setup a new install of freepbx, using zulu client cannot dial outbound. Any ideas on this error, am not finding much in the forums that seems to indicate what the problem might be:

WARNING[9038][C-00000022] pbx.c: Channel ‘Local/none@originate-zulu-aa-0000001d;2’ sent to invalid extension but no invalid handler: context,exten,priority=from-internal,none,1

Are you sure you dialed a right number?

Yes, I tried 10 and 11 digit dials to my cell phone.
