Outbound call delay with HT813

Hello,
I’m having some problems with outbound calls using FXO port on the Grandstream HT813.
There is a ~5 second delay between 100 Trying and 180 Ringing. Also, the call is being picked up before it’s passed back to me. As in, I’m making a test call to the phone with IVR and it omits first few words of the greeting.
Any ideas how to fix it? Please find some call logs below.

Does your PSTN service provide answer supervision? If not, the time to answer will a configuration choice in the gateway, and will never relate to the actual time to answer. I can’t find anywhere to set the timer in https://www.grandstream.com/hubfs/Product_Documentation/HT813_Administration_Guide.pdf but it has many options, and I didn’t search it exhaustively.

If they do, is the gateway correctly configured to recognize the type of answer supervision they provide? Typically answer supervision is signally by reversing the way the battery and earth are applied between the two wires. See the Polarity Reversal option on page 53.

Here is my configuration, in case it helps.
I am on FreePBX 17.

You will notice I have 2 rings delay before it passes through the pbx trunk on incoming calls. This is how much it needs in order to have caller ID detection, and yours might be different.

Anyway, here is the config.

Thanks for the config, but unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue. We pretty much had the same configuration, aside from some minor differences.

Apologies for late response. As far as I know, our provider doesn’t offer answer supervision. I have tried setting “Min delay before dial PSTN number” to 65000 ms but it didn’t change a thing.
I have just looked through syslog and nothing caught my eye. There is a ~5 second delay between these two messages though.
“Message: USER.INFO SigCtrl::SigRemoteConnect, FXO outgoing Call initiated, at port 1”
“Message: USER.INFO Call(5)::Call, Creating Call object 5 at port 1:0 with digits”
