Outbound 911 rings but nobody answers

User tried to call 911 yesterday. The call rang as if it were connecting but nobody answered. They called with their cell and got through right away so the issue seems to be on our system. I was able to reproduce the problem. Other outside calls go through fine.

I’ve worked with Cisco CallManager before but I’m brand new to FreePBX so I’m not sure where to start. Here is the log of the call in case it helps spot the problem. (My external phone number is redacted.)

You need to talk to your provider it went out. This is nothing more than a call that rang until the caller hung up. Nothing in FreePBX caused this.
