Outbound 10 digit caller ID not going out

FreePBX version 12.0.67 (asterisk 11)

My SIP trunk provider says if I send then 10 digits they are forwarding the caller id.

I have my caller id set on the trunk the outbound route and the user (device and user mode).

The SIP trunk provider says I must not be sending 10 digits… how can I verify what I am sending to them for caller ID?

From the linux CLI:

asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvr

You can see it set the CID in here.
