OSS EPM will not install

just upgraded to 6.12.65-21. tried to check for updates on the OSS package manager page and got the following error

Contents of Remote file are blank! URL:http://mirror.freepbx.org/provisioner/v3/master.json
Not able to connect to repository. Using local master file instead.
Cant find file: /var/www/html/admin/modules/_ep_phone_modules/endpoint/master.json

Aborting Brand Downloads. Can’t Get Master File, Assuming Timeout Issues!

Look at the file its saying is blank. Everything is fine on our end

Sorry about the false alarm. It turned out to be a dns issue.
