OSS Endpoint manager SQLSTATE error

I rolled back to version 14.0.1.2 and it seemed to have fixed the issue. I will not upgrade again to version 14.0.1.8 until this is fixed. I can’t install Sysadmin because I am using Raspbx on Raspbian.
