OSS Endpoint Manager Cisco 7960 phones time setting error

Not sure if this the right forum but here goes for TM1000. In OSS Endpoint Manager, Global Settings were set to MST and my Aastra phones receive the correct time settings. When I tried a Cisco 7960 phone the SIP.cnf file has the time zone set to PST.
