Order of Outbound Routes

I am trying to change the order of outbound routes, I drag the route upwards but when I release it the route pops back to its original position. I am sure I have done this before and not had this problem.

I have Free PBX Distro 1.818.210.58-1 and all Free PBX modules are up to date.

Any suggestions?

Well done and thanks, the problem occurs with Firefox 18.0.1, it works as expected with Chrome 24.0.1312.56.
