The Oracle Connector, what is this and how can I use it?
Will this allow me to synchronize with a property management database or is it the connector to the matrix?

Oracle Connector module is an addon for Property Management module whish makes PBXAct a slave of Oracle Server (Fidelio).
When Oracle Server sends a check in request, the phone into the room is opened or not… etc.
For the moment, this module is only available in beta test, so restricted. So, not available in commercial module yet.
Will this be 2 serial ports. One for PBX and one for the call accounting?
Or is this a total new interface that will be IP using a new protocol?
Well, Oracle Connector only uses IP protocol. Compatible IFC8 spec 2.20.23 to be precise.
