I get the problem with the technical term, sorry. I try to change the option menu, for example when the caller press 1, it will router to extension 1111, and press 2, it will route to extension 2222. Instead of that press 1 it will route to 3333 and press 2 it will route to 4444. The IVR is still keep the same but only the routing is different. Please, could someone show me how or link me the document that I can read. I am new.

You did not tell us what system/version you are running.
Should just have to log in and click on IVR and select the IVR you want to modify.
