Brand new FreePBX Distro system.
Can’t get phones to connect via OpenVPN. tried all the usual tricks without result and then noticed that in System admin > VPN Server there is no Certificate info and then under System Admin > Networks the 10.8.0.0 tun interface is not there.
I’ve turned off and back on the VPN Server several times. Everything else I can thing of seems to be correct.
anyone have any ideas on where to even begin troubleshooting this?

Got TS involved. There were missing config files apparently which they corrected.
