OPENVPN Connected but can't register or ping

I have the OPENVPN Server Running and Certificates created and the Client shows connected as well as the Server Shows that the client is connected. But I can not ping from either direction. I know this is simple. I can not get a registration either across the vpn. I know that if I get the ping to work I should be able to register.
