In an email exchange I had with support regarding a question I had this was brought to my attention.
If you do not authenticate against our API,
you will be using the Hobbyist tier, for which there is no charge.
However, please note that the Hobbyist tier does not cause real-time
queries, and in fact the data is pretty old. This would explain why your
CNAM name wasn’t returned for your number. We
will also be removing the Hobbyist tier permanently in the next sixty
days or sooner. We hope that our aggressive pricing of Professional
real-time queries will be suitable for your application.
