Online IP Trunk displaying as offline

Hi all,

Recently did a fresh install of FreePBX 13, everything is running fine however the Free PBX Statistics in the dashboard show our IP trunk as offline. It is most certainly online and registered. Whilst this is nothing more than an annoyance (My OCD kicking in) I would still like to get an idea of what is going on and fix the issue.

Has anyone got any ideas?
