One-way audio is almost always misconfigured NAT.

Re-check your NAT settings…

By the way, if these servers are at different places you might want to check if the router/firewall used where the FreePBX system is has SIP ALG disabled… If it is not, disable it…

It was the NAT setting on the extension side of the PBX… All fixed… Thank you
