Greetings!
I have 3 phones in a ring-all queue. One of my phones randomly gets incorrect queue number info and I can’t seem to figure out why. The phone in question is a Grandstream GXP2160. The other two phones (that work perfectly) are an Aastra 6757i and an Aastra 480i.
I have made no changes to the GXP2160, but I have updated FreePBX several times. Since the queue # info is right 95% of the time, I can’t associate the exact update that may have caused the issue.
Can anyone suggest some places for me to look (logfiles, perhaps?) so I can try and track down this annoying bug? Or maybe someone has experienced this before and knows of a fix?
