I know this has been discussed before, but I sure can’t find it…

Please! Someone help me jog my memory!

The Scenario:

We have an office with a queue. The Queue fails over to a catch-all VM box.

How can several people in the office have a visual indication of messages in the catch-all box while retaining their personal mailboxes.

On the Extension page for each user who need to “monitor” this voice mailbox, add the extension # for the mailbox they need to monitor, separated by a comma.

Example:

For extension 101, I have this entry:

mailbox: [email protected],[email protected]

This user will now be monitoring mailboxes 101 and 400, and the message waiting light will activate if there is an unheard message in either mailbox.
